Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 7 days of purchase if the course has not started. Once a class has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.

Refund Eligibility

• 100% refund if cancelled within 7 days and before course start.
• No refund once the course has started or materials have been accessed.
• Fees for third-party services (e.g., exam fees) are non-refundable.

Refund Timelines

• UPI/Wallets: 2–4 business days
• Netbanking: 3–5 business days
• Cards (Credit/Debit): 5–7 business days
• International cards: 7–10 business days

Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.
